Community Groups
The New Testament speaks of groups of believers meeting regularly in the intimacy of a home rather than a church building. Jesus established His church by investing the bulk of His time in a small intimate fellowship of twelve disciples. It was within this group that Jesus built relationships, taught, and trained, imparted authority and power, and eventually commissioned to begin the Church. A vibrant church is made up of dynamic groups that are growing and multiplying. Here at NCFC, our monthly "Community Groups" is a place where people will find real community and grow spiritually. Just as the human body is made up of cells working together, we believe that the local church is most healthy when smaller groups of believers and seekers get together outside of Sunday service for prayer, ministry, discussion, and sharing life.
"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Acts 2:42

Children's Ministry
NCFC's Children Ministries, Nursery, Discoveryland (3 yo - Kindergarten), and Promiseland (1st - 5th grade), are devoted to planting a spiritual foundation in our children's hearts to honor God by making disciples of all nations. Our goal is to help children know that God made them, loves them, and has a special plan for them. In order to achieve this, we seek to establish a safe and supportive environment which accepts and respects diversity. Our philosophy is to minister to the whole child; physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and socially, and to his/her family as Jesus Christ would. We aim to meet the individual needs of our children as we prepare their hearts to receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

Youth Ministry
The vision of our "Timothy" Youth Group is to disciple the next generation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our discipleship is developed through our central focus on Worship and in our Bible Study Classes. We balance it with fun activities and fellowship through outings and bible study groups. We want our Middle and High School Students to share the Good News to the world as disciples of Christ, in which salvation and eternal life are freely offered by grace to anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior through faith. We also want to raise our students to be responsible and accountable mature Christians so we encourage our students to take leadership and ownership of our ministry. Lastly, we really want our students to enjoy their Christian life by glorifying God in all things and to fully enjoy Him forever.

Young Adults Ministry
NCFC's Young Adults Ministry is called "Ignite" which is comprised of college and single young adults. We do many activities throughout the year including worship, fellowship, service, and small groups. We have monthly fellowship where we all gather for a large group activity, such as sports, games, hiking, and eating! We also have weekly fellowship on Sunday after service where we eat snacks, celebrate birthdays, and have small groups. Come join us!

Adults Ministry
NCFC recognizes the call of the Lord to establish a home God's way, through His value system and love. Destiny ministry is committed to serving all couples and families and individuals in every life stage, to encourage and nurture a home based on biblical principles and truth. The core of the ministry is through the Community groups where you will be connected to a caring community of brothers and sisters. Through Community groups and other events and retreats, Destiny members experience God's love, receive encouragement and prayer, and serve others through genuine Christian fellowship in their journey to finding their "destiny" not just in daily life, but in the life and works of Jesus.
Honor Ministry
Welcome! Honor Ministry is a special needs ministry for children and youth here at NCFC.
Our Mission is:
-
To facilitate inclusion inside the life of the church for the individual with additional needs and for their family.
-
To lead individuals and families affected by unique needs into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
-
To equip leaders and volunteers in various ministries across the church to help them better include individuals and families affected by special needs.
If your child has a special need, please contact us! We will ask that you start by filling out a Student Profile, followed by a dialogue with the coordinator, so that we can find out how to best serve your child in one of our youth programs.
